Diamond Sponsor Program
In 2020, the Sir Theo Foundation launched its Diamond Sponsor Program.
Our Diamond Sponsor Program has two levels.
Our Gold Sponsors commit to supporting the Sir Theo Foundation with donations to us of K20,000 each year for two years.
Our Diamond Sponsors commit to supporting the Sir Theo Foundation with donations to us of K50,000 each year for two years.

If you would like to discuss supporting us in any way, including by a one off gift, regular donation or workplace giving program, please contact our general manager.
Bequests
Suggested wording
There are many ways to leave a gift in a will. You should discuss any gift in a will with your solicitor. If you are ready to include a gift to the Foundation, suggested wording for your consideration is as follows:
Gift of specific sum
I give the sum of [insert amount of gift] to the trustee of the Sir Theo Foundation to be held and applied upon the terms of trust for the Sir Theo Foundation.
The receipt of the treasurer, secretary or public officer for the time being of the beneficiary under clause [insert clause no for paragraph above] is an absolute discharge to my Trustee/Executor [select one only] in respect of gifts to that beneficiary.
Gift of residue
I give devise and bequeath the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate to the trustee of the Sir Theo Foundation to be held and applied upon the terms of the trust for the Sir Theo Foundation.
The receipt of the treasurer, secretary or public officer for the time being of the beneficiary under clause [insert clause no for paragraph above] is an absolute discharge to my Trustee/Executor [select one only] in respect of gifts to that beneficiary.
How your gift will be applied
If you have a preference for the manner in which a bequest will be applied, please contact us or set it out as a ‘wish’ in your will. A wish might read:
I express the wish, without imposing any obligation on the trustee of the Sir Theo Foundation or making my gift conditional in any way that my gift at clause [insert clause no] be used for [insert wish as to use of gift]. I acknowledge that this wish is not legally binding on my Trustee/Executor [select one only] or on the trustee of the Sir Theo Foundation.
If you have no preference your gift will be applied in accordance with the charter for the Foundation as the Foundation trustee thinks most appropriate.
